Lets make this simple. if i owned a car but did not get the title do i really own the car? If the bank bought a loan but didn’t get the proper paper work. well i guess they really don’t own it. With all the big bonus’s the banks have been writing to its top people for the great work they have done that no one else could have done? right. there should be no problem with them coming up with the correct paperwork. and if it is found to be freudulent paperwork charges those that present it, and all department heads that are in charge of it, and all department heads in charge of those in charge. no one should be left out. a start to the end of the freud and theift from the top down. or bottom up in this case.
