Lawmakers To The Rescue? Legislation Filed To Fix “Ibanez” Foreclosure Title Defects

Dear Senators,

I am writing you today to urge you to stand with the people of this State & vote against this bill. This bill is presented at a time when so many Floridians are still out of work and struggling. A time when banks and their legal staff have been caught red handed committing fraud on our state courts and on the people of this great state. We the people deserve justice and due process. Our courts deserve respect and support, but this bill gives nothing back to the state of Florida and Floridians. This bill called The Fair Foreclosure Act is undermining justice, which has been at bay for sometime now during this whole housing crisis.

Speeding up foreclosures in such a fashion is unconstitutional and unfair. The banks must first show they have proper standing to foreclosure on any home. The banks & their counsel must be made to show this in the name of justice. This bill only gives more wiggle room for fraud to be done against our courts and the people. We must put laws in place that help fight this fraud and give our court system and judges the the tools they need to properly deal with foreclosed homes, in an age of document fraud and MERS holding thousands upon thousands of nameless securitized mortgage notes. How can we permit just any entity to come in to our court system and file fraudulent documents on our courts and take homes they dont own? How can we pass a law that makes it easier for banks to stream line this fraudulent process? Should we not be making laws that are fair & balanced and take all sides in to considerations? Well this bill is not one of them.

In summary: This bill is not what Florida and Floridians need. We need a fair & balanced approach to dealing with this housing crisis and Bank Document fraud. Giving the banks any more ammunition is completely wrong & an Unfair Foreclosure Act.

Now it is all making more and more sense to me…An attorney who I went to see a while back who is a freemason, told me that the banks are evil….but really what we have here is a war between TWO EVILS… the Federal Reserve banksters and their owners at the Vatican……and we the people are all just pawns in their war..The attorneys wont rep the people because they dont want to get involved in this war… and the judges and the politicians and law enforcement are being held hostage by the FED RESERVE BANKSTERS by their own dirty secrets and are really forced to be working for both sides because this is mass extortion…by the banksters on their owners at the Vatican……..and the bank attorneys and the American people are really just pawns in their war..!
