I just heard o the radio that massive amounts of cash is beginning to flow into the purchase of real estate, People selling off their retirement funds, and savings to invest in real estate, because it is believed that the bottom has arrived. Is this a layered means to sucker the people our of their cash? These titles are no good. The people are being striped layer by layer of their security. Something is really wrong.

How do we get this message out? Especially to all other attorneys? Is this just something that has to take its course? So many people will be irreparably damaged – in the mean time. Is there no way to print up Mr. Weidner’s and Mr. Stoppa’s brilliant observations and get them into the hands of all other lawyers – even if they are not property lawyers?

These things must be told on prime-time news. They must be said in newspaper headlines. This is not just a job for “anonymous,” it’s the job of all of us.

And you thought you had heard the last yet. Here is another great article by Matt. Please read it and share it with everyone. We must let the whole country and the whole world know who rules this country. If you don’t want to be a slave of the banks, do something about it. No wonder there isn’t any prosecution against anyone who breaks the law. How can any banks’ attorneys engage in wrong doing unless they know the judges are also engaging in the same wrong doing. With today’s technology is there a way to set up the attorneys and the judges and expose them to the public and the US government so justice finally can be served? As long as we have Senators, regulators, law makers, under the payroll of the banks, we will never get out of this mess. America, you better kiss your country, your freedom goodbye, because there will be a fight. They can not keep putting fuel into the fire and expect not to burst.
So, who is going to the bank today and withdraw all their money and put it in a small local bank or in a independent credit union? I closed my BofA a long time ago. I also closed my Wells Fargo. I am opening an account with Tech Credit Union.

That is exactly what has happened here in New York.

Thieves steal properties not only with immunity but with the blessing of
a corrupt judge like Alice Schlesinger. With enough postings everyone
across this country will know how corrupt this judge is.

Alice Schlesinger fits in very well with the crooks at Fidelity National Title
and with an attorney named David K Fiveson that has a sham title company
he calls Coronet Title.

Judge Schlesinger reasoning was it wouldn’t be fair
to oust theives who bought stolen properties
they like it ——

it was cheaper for the title company
to pay Judge Schlesinger a bribe and
continue to try to hide the forged deed.

Why the hell isn’t anyone being charged with these crimes? If I were Bernie Madoffs counsel, I would seek to have all charges against him dismissed. Ya know why?
