Better keep doing that to scared women. Many of us are armed and you pull that crap on us we are within our rights to defend ourselves.

Pay your bills and you shouldn’t have a problem. If you cant pay and they send someone let them take the stupid pictures. They get paid 6-10 bucks PER HO– USE to take a picture and observe if the house is occupied.

They don’t hold your mortgage, they aren’t there to evict you, they aren’t a threat to you so why would you be so stupid as to risk going to jail over it?

Let them take the picture. (That is not only for the bank but to prove they actually came there so they can get paid) They will be on their way and out of your life. Simple.

As for the dog, if the dog bites, YOU are responsible for the hospital bills and lawsuit that can follow. And if the police show up they can-and sometimes do-put an aggressive animal down on the spot.

YOU are the one who signed the mortgage papers agreeing to pay. If YOU paid they wouldn’t be there. Since YOU didn’t this is the process that takes place. If YOU want to find someone to blame look at YOU in the mirror.

How can you justify committing a felony in order to prevent a hard working American woman from doing her job? This woman has nothing to do with your loan. And scaring her accomplishes nothing.

What you don’t get is that we the “thugs” you speak of are sent by the bank to do inspections. We must do what the bank tells us or we won’t get paid. I’m a property inspector for Prime Star in Tampa FL. If your not paying your mortgage a bank send an inspector, if you refinance they send a inspector, if you go into bankruptcy as a condition of the bankruptcy you must allow pics to be taken every once in a while. Foreclosed homes are where I encounter the most hostile occs. We have every legal right to drive by or if orders permit go onto (never inside) a property to deliver door cards and or take pics of the banks assets. We you bought your house you borrowed money from your bank to do so, it’s really their property that your making payments to one day fully own. If you hurt a inspector, harass a inspector or threaten a inspector for trespassing your in the wrong. If you sue your wasting your money, 9 out of 10 times if your in foreclosure and your keeping up your property I report it as such and it helps you out in the long run. Chasing us off hurts you and accelerates the eviction process. The main issue I have are preservation workers, there are a lot of corrupt preservation workers. This is due in part to the fact that they are usually third party contractors employed by the actual preservation company owner who in turn works as a contractor for a company like mine. They steal, they screw up my job by reporting occupied houses as vacant, do Shotty work etc…. I also do insurance loss inspections and pre repo inspections on cars. We are not the bad guy, by the way I was trained by the DOJ to use a handgun and rifle so don’t try to shoot or even threaten to shoot me. Be careful boxing in or threatening to harm these guys many carry ARs in their vehicles for protection since we go to very bad areas.

Scott,(and everyone that shares in his BS) if you hadn’t breached the contract that is the note and mortgage under the UCC, if you and your greedy, blood sucking, hell bound, back slicked hair, fat gut, coke head, lying ravenous split tongue thieves weren’t the cause for the current state of the housing economy, then maybe people could still pay their mortgage. However, you don’t deserve to be paid a dime after all you and yours have done and blame on others. Do you really think all that you greedy bastards have done will go unanswered. Life is like a wheel, what you put out is only starting to come back to you and you will get your evil returned ten fold. That’s the rule dirt bag and NOBODY is exempt.
