You are my hero, Matt. Keep up the good work…wish we had someone like you in NC. There is not a single attorney who will even represent homeowners in NC…they are all afraid of the law firm acting as trustee for the ‘deeds of trust’ on the majority of the loans in the state. I find it odd with all the foreclosures…that none are contested. Very scary times…NC is a non-judicial state – DO NOT ALLOW Fla. to go that route….

Someone on another site suggested that the banks are taking the homes, selling them to the government so that the government will own (nationalize) all the private property (just like Stalin did) but are doing it on the sly (like a slow boiling pot) and Obama’s administration and the fed reserve are in on the whole scam.

They are not holding them, the PEOPLE are wising up, they know they can’t get a clear title on the property. They don’t want to buy and sometime down the road have an investor pop up to claim their (il gotten) property. I ‘m with you IVENT, this is the “hope & change” we were promised by comrad Obama. The largest redistibution of weath, only he hit the middle class the hardest. They want to make us a nation of renters, gov’t controlled hsing and heathcare, and look at all the jobs lost, soon he’ll find a way to make everyone fed employees. He bows to Saudi princes and really like the way China does buisiness. The hand writing is on the wall, and now there are videos to prove it. Everyone must resist and take our gov’t back, they work for us!!! I was going to put in a complaint to the VA regarding the fake origination of our VA home loan and what a beaurocracy that is. They do everything electroniclly and are ripe for the pickings. THe brokers only have to hold on to the orinignation papers for 1 year after the loan is closed with the VA. We never authorized tthe closing of the VA loan but somehow they di it, there were too many rules and regs they had to follow so they took out 2 maybe 3 loans and then paid and closed the VA loan and funded the securitization with the rest. Thank goodness I saved everything, my husband was calling me a hoarder. NO more. I found out we didn’t even have a clear title when we bought. What a brilliant scheme. Those who knew make alot of money off of our backs. Those loans are in fact paid. Judges need to wise up. What do they have on them? Just wondering.

this is happening in every county in Florida. They are not transferring Title from the Homeowners that have been tossed in the street and allowing Code Violations to pile up in the “former owners” names.
I have been watching my county Clerk website as numerous Court Sales being cancelled & witnessed several hopeful bidders denied.
Please continue your investigation and raise awareness to more possible bank & Insurance Fraud.
