How can I find out if my County Clerk is using LPS software? Government Solutions? Aptitude Solutions? Pretty confusing. Coos County Clerk REF– USES to authenticate documents presented for recording. The very first word of her job dutes listed in the Oregon Revised Statutes ORS 205 is ‘AUTHENTICATE’ yet she absolutely insists it is not her job! Has anybody been successful in getting a Writ of Mandamus from a judge ordering their county clerk to DO HER JOB and authenticate before recording?

If LPS can electronically update paper Court Records in Palm Beach County with their latest technology, then we don’t need public employees to verify and certify paper information.

Hey, there is a company who has been electronically updating property records since 1995. They have over 60 million electronic property records on file in Reston Virginia!

We could eliminate Clerks of Court entirely if we let the Mortgage Electronic Restistration System have legal standing and legitimacy. No more double dipping civil servants, no more deadbeat homeowners, no more need for title insurance if we are on the honor system.

No more Due Process, No more Property Rights, and No more Rules of Law to follow.

Where is Jimmy Stewart when you need him to get us out of PottersVille? I don’t believe that he is in Tallahassee!
