Wake up America, they are issing on all of us. Our story is a direct reflection of how manipulative, dishonest, and out and out ruthless the Big Banks, Indiana lawyers, and Judicial system has become. They have infiltrated the very core of our Justice System, while leaving the hard working Americans to fend for themselves. When lawyers mislead, abuse, and manipulate the Federal courts, and the Judges turn a blind eye then it’s time to say enough. We have been forced to endure a sadistic emotional and financial roller coaster ride throughout our journey to reveal the truth of an unsubstantiated wrongful foreclosure. Our understanding of the Judiciary obligation to the people is quite different from what has happened to us. Our understanding of the Judiciary’s obligation is to uphold and promote the independence, integrity, and Impartiality of the office, while avoiding impropriety and the appearance of impropriety. We have always believed the people have the right to be heard. Truth, Justice and The American way is literally becoming a myth. We the People are beginning to lose confidence in the very thing we hold so dear. When I hear of the corruption in the Judicial system, I immediately coincide it with Treason against the citizens of this great nation.

The foreclosure mills of Shapiro & Burson…..now Shapiro Brown & Alt……seems they are now under new management…..is VIOLATING the OCC Consent Order on behalf of PNC Bank.
And there’s no way that PNC does not know about this because I notified them!

Wake Up America..!!! This tyranny and depression is manufactured, illegal, unconstitutional…! Study the U.S. Constitution, U.S. property laws, U.S. trust laws…etc…also read the Un Patriot Act…that piece of legislation needs to be brought to the full attention of the U.S. Supreme Court and nullifed as it is unconstitutional and illegal…We will not know where the traitors are hidden if we do not hold their feet to the fire and make them prove their loyalty to America and their fellow Americans…These criminals are making a laughing stock out of all of us…and this was well planned.

can anyone please tell me what he means by “error”. does putting employed borrowers in stated income loans so they have free rein to increase salary at whim? or telling homeowners they had to be in default before they can apply for hamp loan. or maybe its the photoshopped signature on the note? that was error.
