@ Margetta – Why would she leave Florida??? She’s set for life! Her house will be paid for; no matter what the fees she will have the dollars for it. Her worries are all over. She had the means to get an attorney in the first place; one that most of us do not. Just maybe, maybe, she will stick around and help others in the same situation pro bono. After all, it won’t be like she needs the income to survive!

Will they guarantee a Clear Un-Clouded Title ? will they jsrk you areound more & jack up the fees again ? my pre-foreclosure I tried desperately to PAY OFF FULL AMOUNT.
After 4-5 months of runaround-just like trying a short sale or mod….they said I gave incorrect account #-not allowed access to “Investor Account” but they gave me that new number ! Finally got Atty. Plaintiff has never provided answers to Discovery or In Camera Inspection of “Trade Secret Documents” !
So Lynn-good luck with getting them to actually take your cash and getting a Satisfaction of Mortgage with a Clear Title. Thanks again for all your hard work.
