I hope I am still alive to see the day we who lost our homes due to illegal foreclosures can get them back. I have lost my will to live. I am the mom of a veteran who returned home from 2 deployments to find us homeless. We were not in arrears on our mortgage and the bank who committed FRAUD and collected on a loan they were not entitled to did not send a Notice of Intent to Foreclose nor did they advertise the illegal sale in the newspaper. The bank could not and did not produce any evidence to show they followed the MA state laws nor could they prove that the contract ever came to fruition. We had a right of recoupment according to UCC 3-305 and we paid almost &40,000 in legal fees. Unfortunately we had an unethical Judge who ignored the facts of law. My son is in the middle of another war that he never signed up for. WE need an ethical person with a voice that will be heard to expose our story.

So, let me get this straight – the very banks who engaged in wholesale, deliberate fraud to force people into default on houses the banks did not even rightly own, are now going to do a “review” of these same practices? Can’t wait for that! What a sickening farce.

This is more baloney than I am able to be force-fed. “Lipstick on a pig” or “perfume on a corpse” is all it is.

This fool not once admits that it was not his department that caught robosigning or fraudulent court documents or the big banks’ fraudulent claims of ownership – as they should have. And once it all was discovered, his office has done nothing but try to cover it up for the banks. He is not our friend and needs to be gone. He and his office are conspiring against us on behalf of the big banks.

Keep the pressure on! We are winning because we keep the pressure on! The courts will soon get the picture and the truth will begin to come out. People will begin to get their fraudulently foreclosed homes back. Write, email, phone these quislings about their fraudulent cover-ups. Make noise while it is still legal.

Where are the whistleblowers at MERS?

Unfortunately Obama is covering for the banks too. There is no-one to vote for who is on our side.
