I am closing on Friday and just found out Wells is missing my paper work. I wouldn’t have sold the house, if I was aware of this. I can’t back out of the contract, Be very careful with your shorts…They make it really miserable for seller as well as buyers. Another word of advice. Watch out for the buyers, they are out only for themselves and will make you feel like a loser by the end of the sale
