Four of the mentioned cases were filed by ME. And the Lyon case is an aberation that was ultimately vacated at the District level AFTER the liars won at the Sup level. ???? Yeah, wrap your brain around that one…. The liars were obviously not very proud of that opinion. We still have 20-25 cases lingering for decision. Waiting on MERS to be decided in accoradance with neighboring jurisdictions. When that happens? We blow the doors off this joint….
