Here is a voice from a congress man who speaks the truth and who wants you to learn and do something. Isn’t it about time someone makes the wake up call and call all Americans to rise and investigate the Fraud from the banks that are ruling this country for the last two decades if not more.
All congress men and women in America should pay attention and follow this man and make history in the land of the free and home of the brave. How long are we going to stand for this Fraud and let the banks continue taking our homes illegally. Here is the truth, the banks sold our notes at Wall St. to private investors and never assigned or transfer or record the note, mostly to avoid paying taxes.
Now they want to foreclose but the note since it was never assigned, they ran to every county records in town and files the assignment of the note to be able to foreclose.
The worst of the matter is that the county clerk let them do this and even worst, the judges of the courts let them do even more, take peoples homes without and standing and without any original documentations.
Just by filling an afidavit and claim legal representation of their army of attorney that had sold their souls to the devil and take people’s homes when they know deep in their hearts that the home does not belong to the banks. If in any case the banks don’t even have the legal right to collect a debt that does not belong to them in a first place. The bank sold the notes to private investors all over the world, Pooling Services Agreements were created, and a REMiC was also created.
What happens when the SEC and all the government agencies suit the banks for billions of dollars and they settled as the last settlement for $25 Billions. The investors also suits the banks and many billions are paid, however, the banks continue with the fraud by sending the 1099-C to the homeowner and report it to the IRS.
