We discovered my name was forged (and noterized} on our VA origination papers. Ironically they are the only ones who won’t give info or copies of much needed closing docs. They also took out 3 loans ( that’s what the FBI calls “Shotgunning), and were paid multible times by title insuance, Ticor, Stewart, and last but not least, Recon. I guess they found nothing amiss when all of a sudden millions of folks woke up one morning and said “wow, this looks like a good day to default and lose my home!” Are they crazy or just plain greedy thiefs? In addition to that our property eas “flipped” so many times there hasn’t been a clear title since the early 90;s. So much for title search (paid for by us), and title insurance paid by us also. One would think the VA would want an explaination from them.
