This is so very sad for the homeowners who have been cheated and put through pure hell. $2,000.00 for your home for a lifetime? What will that buy? Rent in a cheap neighborhood. Folks, dont give UP and FIGHT THE THE GOOD FIGHT! It has to stop somewhere! This crisis will go down in history. Been fighting since 2002; just had me to submit all paperwork, bank statements, mortgage statements, cancelled checks since 2005. But guess what?……..I had IT! Hopefully something postive will result from all this hard work. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Absolutely, this was a payoff from the get go! No one was fooled. Banks paid off AGs so their states could pick up a gravy train. The money will go where-ever politicians can manage to divert it to but don’t expect to see ANY of it. We are the deadbeats, who deserve no help, we defaulted. Regardless of intent, fraud, deception, everyone knew whatever would happen to the money, including us. Right?
If you didn’t see it coming. . . . . well…….
