Wells Fargo is trying to claim the mortgage originator in our suit has standing to make the assignment to Wells despite Freddie owning it. The originator has had nothing to do with the property for years. It&#039;s that MERS language on the Morgtage doc that makes them think it&#039;s valid.

It ain&#039;t.

We&#039;re now at the Appellate level in NYS.

Also, we caught Plaintiff Wells Fargo fixing the suit when it was in the lower court, and we&#039;ve got proof. In fact, the decision was written entirely by the law clerk who was the insider to the extrinsic fraud.

Now we have to figure out how to sue for big bucks. ;-)]]></description>
