PS – My statements begin at the 9 minute mark. Mr Howard’s comments begin at the 20 minute mark. This is what a typical Florida county clerk knows about foreclosure fraud and forgeries.

Also, Mr. Howard crows about the nature of judicial foreclosure vs. non-judicial. Why is his Republican party in Tallahassee trying for years now to begin the start of a non-judicial process in foreclosures?

The Duval (Florida) suit protects LPS and the banks.

He also low-balls (my opinion) the losses per year as around 30K.

It is interesting to note that DUVAL COUNTY IS HEADQUARTERS TO LPS…. Do you think the fix is in to protect the (defrauded) County treasuries yet keep a lid on the fraud against the homeowners and courts through the toxic crime scenes that are our court and land records here in Florida? Here is the video of the May 1, 2012 meeting. I had provided 100’s of pages of proof to my (our) claims. Watch carefully as the Clerk of Court denies my claims, then admits (flip-flops) that he is involved in the MERS lawsuits, 65 million titles are clouded across the country, etc. The Clerks of Courts across Florida are crapping i n their pants right about now because they know they are either ignorant of the facts, or part of the cover-up of foreclosurefraud, forgeries, and other assorted felonies (Florida statutes/CRIMES.) the banks commit daily.
