Well, it will work…I did suggested a counter motion to be filed against the motion…never knew there was such a group..they should become more involved in the due process issues being denied the homeowners.

Long time listener, first time caller 😉

Just wanted to chime in here. I think we’re doing ourselves a disservice to keep talking about these “leaked LPS emails,” and trying to make this case out like it’s another one of the ones where LPS has done something wrong.

If we’re trying to build a body of evidence against these guys, then we really shouldn’t be muddying the waters like this.

Because, if I’m reading this right, none of this has anything at all to do with LPS. HSBC, sure. SH&D (as the litigatory arm), sure. But not LPS, even if we’d like that to be so.
