					<description><![CDATA[Here is a partial solution. Counties could sue MERS for their losses in the millions (or more) of non-recorded fees they lost as a result of lost levies and set up their states nicely...in the Black, Cities broke? Not any more. 
Next allow the IRS to levy the tax penalities due them as a result of the exempt tax status of the REMICs that never made it into the securitized trusts...that is a LOT OF MONEY that the government could use. The banks would have to pay this as a result of mortgage backed securities minus the mortgage part.  None of it however has ever filtered down to homeowners, unfortunately.
Lastly, just place a permanent moratorium on foreclosures since we the taxpayers bailed the banks to the tune of BIG BIG BUCKS and they set up all our loans to fail to satisfy their gambling addictions.]]></description>
