I can’t figure out how to get in touch with 60 Minutes like Lynn Szymoniak did. JP Morgan put a very expensive force placed insurance policy on my home 2 months AFTER my home sold. They even back dated the policy to my closing date! I would not believe it but they sent me a copy of the policy. Does anybody know how to get in tough with 60 minutes? They need to do a force placed insurance story? My friend that had JP Morgan also had his loan moved around from company to company for servicing to generate multiple annual force placed property insurance policies. This in turn creates lots of confusion for investigation and probably lots of prorated refunds for un-used months by switching the loan servicer very fast. How much of the 100 billion given to Fannie Mae, by tax payers, was for a joint effort with banks to run up bills for loan services not provided? What is the incentive to supervise your servicers if you can get 100 billion by not supervising them and letting them run up excessive bills? Is this pay to play, rackateering etc?

the judge’s comment were outrageous.

it doesn’t matter how much money lynn won as a whistleblower. it ha nothing to do with how much she truly
owes to pay off her mortgage.

she and her family were put through hell.

if she wants to pay off the fraudulent loan just to be rid of the jackals, that is her prerogative. it’s her home.
it’s her decision.

her bravery in making her story public has helped millions of people.
she continues to help others by giving seminars and talks to defrauded homeowners who are
in desperate need of help.

lynn is the greatest.

If the banksters are doing this in broad daylight to an attorney that has proved fraud in her case and many others this is bad news for the rest of us. We need to stand behind this brave woman and make sure that her good deeds aren’t wiped out by the bank psychopaths that are running the banks and running our country into the ground.

Since her money came from banks perhaps she has no problem giving some of it back to make the foreclosure that’s been hanging over her head go away.

I feel for Lyn. But what about the other few million of us who have been victimized by Akerman Senterfitt and the banks. I was in LIHEAP today getting help for my electricity which had been turned off. I overhead a woman on speakerphone who had been referred to Community Action Agency for help. She was getting evicted tomorrow. They could not help her. They told me they get 200 calls a day from people losing their homes. I am one of the luckier ones. My unemployment benefits have run out. But I still have a roof over my head.

also why if she has all this fraud on her mortgage, does she even want/need to pay off…..and who does she owe the monet to ?

her whole story just never added up to me……..i admit, i could be way off base here, but something does not seem right about her whole situation !

They can;t tell her because they don;t know! One home owed 326,000 after fees it was 426,000?? another 491,000 while trying to negotiate a modification was at 596,000??? conviently dropped back too 491,000 witha esgrow account negative 31000, so go figure; they immediately transered my former Countrywide loan/Bof A current loan to Greentree?? they could not tell me how much I owed??? how convinient for them, and it gets better, the date changed on payment??? like I needed a late payment on another account?? go figure!! thank god the whistle blowers are making out! however it still is unfortunate for all of us who have lost! lost big time!!
