Thank you,very good piece I read most days and when I feel the emotions and angrier I see Truth.Agree with you,I’m lucky I caught them in the act on July 10,2011 Bank of America has CA Notary to assign my home to FannieMae and used my name along with MERS to accomplish this illegal behavior.In fact April 2011 they signed a cease and decease order by Comptroller of the Currency and only TWO months later in Wilmington Delaware they committed Forgery,Fraud and not being a lawyer lots more BAD things.Funny in all letters they tell me I’m NOT in foreclosure and will never be UNLESS total corruption invades DE.
Here the SAD and true I’m seriously ill and Bank of America is playing a waiting game or I go to a lawyer.

Another appeal to uphold the rule of law, with a prescient warning about the results if we continue to let gangsters rule the day. Unfortunately, justice has been sold to the highest bidder. There are 300 million or so of us who demand fairness and some semblance of democracy. Change is inevitable, and we are going to get a Government that we deserve – not a paranoid tyranny that works to enrich the 1% at the expense of our homes, jobs and lives.

Sorry George…. but it’s only us who’ve lost out houses and have no where to go who are out here. I don’t know where the Politicians are… I’ve written and they don’t write back. What hurt me more was I don’t know where justice is… our Court’s, it appears to me, are staffed with both idiots and complicent thieves… there’s certainly no justice there. I gotta keep this short cause the library only let’s me use their internet connection for so long and it’s 90+ degree’s out there and I have to find some place cool to sleep. Good luck finding someone George… I never could.
