I’m no lawyer but a quick look over shouts “frivolous” and hopefully they will have to cover all the states costs.
By using outside resources on a “contingency” basis is saving the State o Nevada lots of money and resources. It appears that the banks and all of their cohorts always resort to crying that their constitutional rights have been violated. BofA’s Answer to my Complaint contained the same garbage about how I violated their federal and state constitutional rights. Funny thing is, I kept pressing them for a ‘specific’ answer as to exactly how I had violated their rights. That was a year ago and I still haven’t gotten an answer to that. When a party just throws a bunch of S _ _ t against the wall hoping that some of it will sticks….it says they have nothing. It will be interesting to see how it plays out. Hopefully, the case will be assigned to an honest and rational judge. LPS is just another veil of the many they use.

I cannot find the Registered agent for service at LPS. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Due process?! These counterfeiters have no shame. The AG hired a law firm? This is fairly routine, yes they make money by being contracted. Of course, Banksters hire all sorts of vulture firms, some of them paid for by the taxpayers. LPS seems to want one set of rules for its lawbreaking corporation, and another for people that stand in its way.
