This is so sad and it is something that crosses my mind unfortunately. I am happily married for 26 yrs have 2 great sons but our oldest son is a Marine and he returned from his 2nd deployment to find out the only home he ever knew was gone and we were homeless. We were never in arrears and the preponderance of evidence would blow your mind. The Judges are also corrupt and he ignored the facts of law and after spending over $35,000 we now had no home, no retirement, no life savings and a son that was dealing with PTSD as well as our problems. It blows my mind that the truth and proof does not matter. I know people that haven’t paid their mortgage in 3 yrs and are in their home. We never missed a payment and our home was illegally foreclosed. It is a sad sad world we are living in. My heart goes out to all the families in our situation.

check this link a judge is wishy washy on the fact that wells fargo told homeowners not to pay their mortgage. they lied telling us all that the hamp guide lines said you have to be in default before they can take the application. they lied , lieing is fraud and should be judicated as such. inthe above case he is blaming the homeowner.
yes more and more fraud and poor judicated cases
