From the way that I read it, its from the time the “error” occoured to the present. If the error occoured at the time of origination and your house was valued at 450,000.00 and at present your house value depreciated by 100,000.00 and is only worth 350,000.00 then it would be 125,000.00 + 100,000.00 (equity lost) =225,000.00.

I called the Board of Governor’s @the Federal Reserve because I couldn’t get any information from any of the agencies that I called (forget about the Independent Foreclosure Review Audit hotline – they know nothing)!

I think a further extention is necessary, perhaps till december. I suggest for anyone who is going through this not to submit your application till the last days of September because Federal Reserve said there will be new information coming out in the months ahead.

I do not like the idea that the auditors review is final. There should be an Appeal Process just in case you recieve a Box of Cracker Jax instead of that big check you thought you were going to recievein the mail.

I have no confidence in this newest (scheme) against fraudclosure. Too many loopholes in this agreement just the same loopholes for the wealthy. Besides, with the states taking the funds and putting it in their own budget coffers, where’s the money coming from anyway? My God, the court approved this “deal” and yet I don’t believe they actually read the darn thing. Same ‘ole, same ‘ole.
