I was in court back in the 80’s representing myself against 5 Fortune 500 Lawyers in 1000 dollar suits….Ponsor was the judge. Even to I lost convincingly, lol, I was always amazed how judge Ponsor gave me many chances to tell my story in my crude attempt to be a lawyer for myself. He was FAIR, He was understanding and he gave me every chance to defend myself.
It doesn’t surprise me that he understands this bank situation and his fairness and concern for whats proper prevailed. He is a good man! I knew it many years ago…:)
