I have been watching Margaret Carswell, Cindy White, Marina Read, attorney Robert Dimetriou and other cases, and the rulings are absurd; except of course in Robert’s situation. Robert is an attorney, who had NO audit and hardly argued anything, yet survived a Motion to Dismiss. I Robert Dimetriou is Cindy’s attorney and her complaint was almost identical to his. I am interested in doing a starvation fast with the demand that Judge Gutierrez as Defendant recuse himself. Already, he has attempted to use procedural tricks to get my Summary Judgment off calendar erroneously, but did not take the bank’s Motion to Dismiss off calendar. Right NOW my Summary Judgment is back on calendar on the same day as the bank’s Motion to Dismiss, unless he has removed it again. My Summary Judgment asks ONE question, which is ‘can a financial institution claim a legal right to a million dollar property without ONE signature, ONE reconveyance and/or ONE assignment.

I had NO choice but to file again when BofA transferred my predatory 2006 Note to a debt collector Select Portfolio Servicing, instead of the loan mod CW/BofA gave me in exchange for dismissing my suit against CW in 2009.. When the same federal judge who allowed IndyMac’s attorney to submit a fraudulent declaration in support of their Motion to Dismiss (which caused me to lose my SC home), I had NO choice but to sue this federal judge under RICO..
