Traffic tickets , registration, title and license fees are barred from being instituted for the purpose of raising revenue. Despite that fact gov’t officials openly complain that people started complying with traffic cameras which resulted in the lowering of revenue.

EVERYONE KNOWS TRAFFIC LAWS ARE NOT FOR SAFETY. THEY ARE TO EXTORT MONEY A ENRICH INSURANCE COMPANIES

If traffic laws where for safety , why is the number one cause of premature death traffic accidents?

]]> By: lies is all they tell https://4closurefraud.org/2012/07/06/white-paper-cosca-courts-are-not-revenue-centers/#comment-389476 Fri, 06 Jul 2012 21:10:37 +0000 https://4closurefraud.org/?p=48892#comment-389476 HUH?????/ i live in the tampa bay area. thousands of case go before county judges. lost notes, no standing. the cases are never dismissed and if by chance they are its always without prejudice so the plaintiff can re-file $$$$$$$ and then there are the blatant cases that should be dissmiss with prejudice and the summary judgement is given because the county judge knows the homeowner will win in appelate. $$$$$$$$$$$ it is so sad that we are being played like fiddles by teh banks and the courts. does anyone know waht its like to back up a home and have to move , the kids having to leave there home their friends. this continual ravaging has to stop. courts were never designed to be a source of revenue for the counties. its time to stop these fraudulent foreclosures and keep famikies in the house .
