Today the penal code provides a fine of $75,000 for each document that is falsely filed. Come Jan 2, the homeowner has to be in foreclosure before they can file suit, then they have the burden of proof they were wronged after proving multiple occurances, then the bankster is fined $7,500 for all the occurances mentioned.

Does that sound like Harris is running interference for the banksters in return for significant campaign contributions when she runs for governor?
