Congratulations to Mr. Ates, the attorney that repped the Reese’s. To the clown Mr Navelle that appears to be taking crdit in the write up above – you are an idiot that enough about Georgia law to get charged with practicing law without a license. You quiet title strategy will never and has never worked in Georgia, except in those rare instances the Defendant goes into default. Mr. Ates has never worked with you nor any attorney’s you may be associated with in Georgia, it is an insult and degrading to Mr. Ates for you to state otherwise. Why any lawyer would rely on your bad advice is beyond me, now you have attempting to fraudulently induce new prospects by alluding that you were somehow responsible for the Reese decision. You are an embarresement to the true foreclosure fighters and a discredit to the cause.
