New investors trying to buy homes in foreclosure, disguised under other names and pretending to help homeowners. So people know it, there are inclusive law offices pretending to save the homes of their owners and are actually firms to the service of banks. Such as PRIME LEGAL PLAN, New York & Florida firm. They act like defending, but before reaching the agreement, they force you to modify, so giving legality to the banks. The same thing can happen now with the new investors, while the former owners run away, the new investors are giving legitimacy to the process.
