Seems the Property Inspectors working for Wells Fargo and/or Wachovia Mortgage are burning through their inspectors. They drive their own cars and were getting paid $2.50 out of the $20.00 fee charged to the Homeowner.

I guess they figured they needed to take action. They have a new inspector around these here parts. He just graduated college, doesn’t know what’s going on in the economy, didn’t know that Banks were having any issues/problems.

BUT, they increased Inspector’s pay all the way up to $3.00!!!

I did refer the young lad to ZeroHedge.Com and Max Keiser. He made note of the sites in his iPhone. I also told him he was contributing to the problem by working for such low fees. In 2005 they were paying Realtors $35 to do these inspections.

Seems all has gone down the same line as every other professional (and non-professional field) job. Appraisers were paid $275 average per job, then $250, then $225 and all the way down to $75 per job. All this within 3 years! Yep. This started in 1989 and went down the sewer.

9/11…and I saw the big picture. I was watching and participating but didn’t put it together until 9/11. Clear View – no, not the media corp…lol!

yep. i be awake for a while now. tried to help others. still trying.

They broke into my home 3x did so much damage that I had to short sale the home. I couldn’t fix the damage. I am going to settle with them, but Wells Fargo and Corelogic are disgusting. Please press charges if this happens! Even if you don’t win in regular court, you have this for your civil suit. It is the only thing that the judge whom is dealing with my law suits has allowed me to win. It is important to let people know that we aren’t animals because we have had problems! We have rights too!!!!!

Our home of 24 yrs was vacant because of Toxic Mold but we were never in arrears. We were victims of an illegal foreclosure which no money ever switched hands. The guilty party then painted over the Black Toxic Mold and when I brought it to the attention of the building inspector the house was sold for cash and there was no mention of the Toxic Mold.

I often get razzed by friends about calling out the ignorance of others…..that I am being judgmental. There are some things that are obviously wrong…and Congress and the local authorities are aware of these actions..or are they just ignorant ? I DO tell people that work in a bank I believe they are part of the problem for not disclosing the TRUTH about what a loan is. They look at me like I am crazy. Nuts is as nuts does, I suppose..
