You said it. I understand Thomas Jefferson's Tree of Liberty Letter now.

"What country before ever existed a century & a half without a rebellion? & what country can preserve it's liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon & pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots & tyrants. It is it's natural manure. "

Good! I'm no lawyer, and I believe there are many "good" lawyers. The use of the terms "good faith" is laced with such irony it is terrifying. What kind of rule of law do we have when Banks seem to have written it in their favor?
Bankruptcy law remains so unfair to homeowners, since Banks appear at times, to have bought the rules. Folks need to express more rage at a bought and sold Congress. Guys like Orrin Hatch have done more damage on behalf of the 1% than their so-called conservative credentials will ever reveal. Occupy!
