@ DRP – Yes, to answer your question – emails are now and can be used as evidence in court. This so called new site of hers…..not one way to file a complaint against a bank….it’s the same shit that is on the state website. She is so full of herself…and I love the way the site has described ponzi scheme and I quote:

That sure sounds applicable when a bank makes statements to the County Property Tax Collector that they are the Mortgagee, when they clearly are not. EVERY tax collector is breaking the law by allowing ‘bulk processing’ of Property taxes through ECF. Question is…is that writing? Is an email – writing? Is this post – writing???
