That’s the way it works. True, the system is fraudulant, but only when measured against a moral set of values. This is not the value base of big business, which only takes profitability into account. So measured by their own standards, the Banksters are certainly not fraudulant, they are in business to screw you, and do the job very well. The fiction that these judges are somehow corrupt must also be assessed along the same lines. Their primary job is to protect the property rights and profits of the big financial corporations, and they’re paid moderately well to do that. It would be naive to expect them to do anything else. A more realistic response would be to work for an end to the ‘for-profit’ system and replace it with a ‘not-for-profit model of business (like the successful Credit Union Movement). Without the motive of profit, these financial thugs would have no reason to do their violence onb society at large.

Perhaps if judges bar license were attacked by filing complaints with the Bar association. The bar guild protects its cash flow and position by criminalizing representation before the court unless you are a member of the increasingly pricy club to join. This self serving method of denying people their rights while enforcing this judge said it and that’s the law method of case law. Where is the Constitution in this common law method, which is not so common among people?
Further, a civil suit can be brought in Federal Court against the judge for bias and failure to follow the law while seeking an injunction against the judge’s practice of law. This will get some attention. Making judicial behavior public along with publishing their address also gets some respect.

After original mortgagor files as assignment of Security Interest (and they routinely do!) and sell your Promissory Note as REMIC (Real Estate Mortgage Investment Conduit), the undisclosed assignee becomes the Note holder of record, and the original mortgagor (that is the bank that issued the Promissory Note) is paid off. This is the first time they make money on your house. To make money on your house for the second time, they demand YOU to pay off the mortgage, which they had sold in the first place. Moreover, and in this situation, your bank acts as a mere “Servicer administering an unsecured obligation”, a collection agency, that has NO LEGAL STANDING to sue for foreclosure! – Title 18, U.S.C., Section 242/ FDCPA. Corrupted judges ignore those laws!
