Chase canc’d our foreclosure in the spring of 2011. No notice – just a phone call.
Well, they never re-filed, reposted or re-advertised — or even told us… I found via the county registrar they just transferred ownership very quietly. Hmmm, guess they didn’t want to risk anyone else bidding on the property or are still trying to figure out title screw ups.
