THIS WAS A QUICK GAME TO GET YOU OUT OF YOUR HOME BY USING THE COURTS & THE OTHER POWERS.

Do consider though, that this ruling will give ALL homeowners a strong weapon in their own lawsuits against their trustee, whether or not it is RECONTRUST. Today, the Washington Supreme Court gave an opinion that MERS cannot act as a beneficiary… this is HUGE! Now it goes back to the judge for a ruling. If he rules accordingly, it will be GAME OVER for most foreclosures in Washington State if and until they can come up with a work-around to get beneficial interest assigned from the originating lender to the foreclosing lender. MOST cannot do it, because it wasn’t done… it will be catastrophic. This is great cause for celebration. I don’t know WHAT they will do about this. FOR SURE it will cause a huge delay in foreclosure actions. I don’t know how Routh Crabtree & Olsen will pay their LIGHT BILL.

Our AG has been strong for homeowners, he brought suit against the biggest foe in the trustee industry: RECONSTRUST and WON!! Now, if I am right about him, we will work his way backward.

HOPEFULLY Northwest Trustee Services is in his sights… I happen to think it IS. They are WORSE than RECONTRUST in my opinion. Be happy, it’s a good thing! 😉
