Martha Coakley is the worst excuse for an Attorney General. We were victims of Mortgage Fraud long before it was made public. The MA Division of Banks were guilty of Dereliction of Duty because they did not want to read thru our preponderance of evidence that was all in chronological order so they decided not to send to the bank along with the formal complaint. Our next step was to file a complaint against the Division of Banks with Martha Coakley but she said there is nothing she could do. It’s like the fox guarding the hen house. These officials forget that we are the ones that put them in office. The FBI is no better. Just look at the deal they made with the banks that were guilty of stealing our homes. I am one of a few that lost their home without even being in arrears and the bank ignored the MA state foreclosure laws ch. 244, sec. 14 so we were never notified of a sale and it was never published in the newspaper. Oh well that is her attitude. Our son returned home from his 2nd deployment in Iraq to find out the only home he ever knew was gone and we were homeless. Do you see the irony? He is at war protecting our country and we are victims of a scam that destroyed our lives.

I wish we had someone like AG Coakley here in Flordia. Bondi agreed to take part in the settlement “because Florida homeowners need help NOW”….still nothing happening with $ 334 million.

How come MERS doesn’t mention the the fact that most people buying those homes in the timeline MERS said “no one Complained then”, I ‘ll tell ypu why no one complained then was the home buyer was not privy to the actions taken by Mers, I wasn’t. In fact I would have never agreed to such a contract. I bought to get away from landlords who wouldn’t take care of their own property and never ever returned security deposits. I believe they are called slumlords. Now why would one enter in to a contract with another “slumlord”? I didn’t, and can prove it, only the perpotrators of this ponzi scheme have more money then we do and all lawyers and judges have gone to the dark side, screwing everyone out of their legal rights to own a home. Maybe some recorders went along with it, I always believed that anyway, but the LAW says otherwise, so until mers can change the UCC’s of all states then it seems to me they are the ones screwed. The rule of law applies to all.
