in my neighbor’s fraudulent eviction the San Diego Sheriff’s brought the “locksmith” but in this case he was also the investor from third parties properties in Alpine, Ca. the homeowners were furious because they had received a letter from B of A offering the “loan Mod”…the Sheriff’s were very friendly with Mr. Hlem the investor/locksmith and to our surprised instead of the sheriff’s posting the eviction notice in front of the door …the CA BROKER Patty from coldwell banker showed up to place the for sale sign AD with the locksmith ad too as an investor on the front door with a new lock and all the homeowners furniture inside the house. the sheriff’s were rude and intimidating and used physical forced when it was no need. the homeowner felt so afraid that he called 911 but did not offer any help since the sheriff’s were there already! the homeowner felt so humiliated and scared but most of all indignation of how his home was stolen with forged deeds and signatures but since the authorities are so corrupt what can we expect?. in this case the investor/locksmith (earns 5K per new lock door and 10k for foreclosures)had gone to the home previously (10 times)trying to get inside to take pictures and yelling at them in front of the complex so everybody could hear, using scare tactic like a bully because he knew about the mortgage fraud, he was very unethical and unprofessional but the Fam Valadez looked for therapy in our church and never had any ideas of killing anyone on the contrary they resign themselves to loose the property because an attorney is too expensive to hire and the legal department in the court house seem to be corrupted too, lot’s of frustration when the authorities are not looking for our welfare. this is the business conduct we see now in REAL ESTATE-the money store! another neighbor is in another position, she is the one telling the homeowners to get out, she takes stuff from empty homes out of rage because another agent took her deal, she rather destroys the property!.crazy isn’t?..she hires the locksmith usually the investor with her, she is buying all homes with help of her “CA RE Brokers-agents bank loan-escrow-title officers” friends”…now she owns 5 house around the our block! these are our “new age investors” since they know how to handle libor % they paid their homes with in three years instead of the 30years! so they have a lot of equity to play with…nice deal!. I hope this widow gets a reasonably settlement into the millions because if the sheriffs knew the level of risk and did not disclose this data to him then the sheriffs must be liable for endangering an innocent good working american trying to do a job to put food on the table like the rest of us. Our prayers for Mr. Engert -widow and family.
