She has probably lived on that street a long time and doesn’t like the idea of happy, noisy children living so close. I think Shelley should be sude for libel. She is obviously determined to make life miserable for this family. I bet former and current neighbors with children and/or dogs could tell some tales about her outlandish behavior. Trust me, I have also had neighbors like this. They are deceptive, mean-spirited and underhanded.
