In reply to benish ahmed. I don't have access to a computer on a continual basis and the only reason I found the comment was doing a search. that was the reason for the delayed response. I knew of a couple during the housing bubble. they were real estate agents. they had huge house, pool, matching cars, matching motorcycles, matching atv's, etc. better believe they didn't suffer one bit when the bubble burst, shame on them and everyone like them who criminally profited on others great misfortune.

In reply to amadaluz. @amadaluz . it seems to me, the view is a bigger picture. Do you really want your children going through life with justice like this. I can almost bet, that the welfare fraud, which is not a good thing, but much worse is allowed, was a doom she had to face alone, while there were more parties involved. Obviously the kids had clothes and food and went to school and mostly, had a home, key word, had. The lures of our wonderful society that is so willing to jump on the unfortunate that learn to survive with what they were taught, which is the great standards of our school system.

Channel 10 news did a follow up story: interviewed the mother of this woman who asks not to hate her. She was a good mother, graduated with joy but could not find a job. For some reason she was accused of medicare fraud and was to appear in court Oct 2nd. She had pleaded not guilty. Husband was not gainfully employed and had told her he was getting a divorce the day before. Mother also said that after she was arrested she fell into a depression, no electricity and in the midst of foreclosure. I can fully understand the events that led to her depression and what ramifications that can have when a mother in that state of mind thinks that children cannot survive without her. What I cannot understand is how EVERYONE did nothing! Even in these hard economic times there are avenues to pursue – programs by non-profits, state agencies. Why? Just why did not one single soul out there reach out to help? This is more than just a tragedy; this is a travesty of the kind of people this country has become. Shame, shame on all of those who saw this evolving and did nothing…nothing. One neighbor on camera said he almost called children’s services but then didn’t….if just ONE person had reacted these kids and mother would still be here. It’s time we reach out to our fellow man as God has done for us.

Sorry this is just wrong. No home, no job, still no excuse for killing your babies. I would rather be broke and under a bridge then do harm to my children. This woman was a nut bag. Poor kids. To be born in this world and have your own mother hurt you.

The media did wrong (BayNews9) when they reported this. No mention of the pending foreclosure; no mention of the mental problems or anything. They did come back the next day with a small ‘infusion’ of information stating they were in foreclosure. This is so tragic that 2 innocent children should cease to exist. An entire family wiped out and a father who would rather spend time and money in a bar than to use that money to support his family. He HAD to know his wife was ill. Neighbors had to know those kids were suffering. In addition to the grief he is bearing there also comes the guilt where he could have intervened or used more wiser decisions. Children should be protected by their parents; they are not able to do so on their own. He failed his family and the community failed the children. Thank God they are in the arms of Jesus where love abounds!

This is what happens when common sense does not make sense anymore. it is obvious the elite in this society have grossly taken advantage of the common man, either in becoming rich by playing on their psychic vulnerabilities or plain old fashioned legal robbery, which the FEDERAL banks and FEDERAL courts have always condoned, only now, since a larger percentage of homeowners of all financial classes, have found themselves tied in knots with the FEDS tightening the noose around their necks, the courts, DISTRICT and STATE, are now loosening them by decision-making that follows common sense rulings, that exposes the reality of fraud on the FEDERAL level by exposing the obvious truth that the FEDERAL BANKS & FEDERAL GOVERNMENT have been sleeping in the same bed, having immoral sex, producing illegitimate off-spring, and now!!!!!!!finally!!!!!! the judicial systems have put on their glasses and grown balls in order to correct this massive assualt perpetrated by the FEDS against the american public…if this does not have you voting write-in for your mama on november 2, then GOOD LUCK….
