					<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve been waiting a long time for this issue to be addressed because I see some very wacky final judgements .  Did people think no one would ever try to collect these debts so they didn&#039;t complain?  It&#039;s also time that courts realize that BPO&#039;s are not a substitute for an appraisal.  Brokers are NOT unbiased, and as a matter of fact often have a hand in skewing values in favor of their own interests.  Guess that will take another five years?]]></description>
