Like I said before when this new “review” came up that it was a sham….and it is. More smoking mirrors and a way tohide the truth from borrowers and at the same time the borrower is providing a pathway and documentation for a lender to use in court. So tell them where their problems lie and sure enough they will fix them. Don’t trust anyone, not even the Judges. They will tell you that they are there to dispense ‘justice’ but just look at where their pension funds are invested!!! They don’t give a rats ass about the johnQ Public….wise up and open your eyes.

i have been in a legal battle going on 4 years now. They say they cant help me because the mortgage is not in my name, but the deed is. I had to tire an attorney to help me with this. I am currently in foreclosure and waiting to get my day before the Judge, After this long of dangling by a string thanks to Wells Fargo, I just dont trust any of them anymore. My Goverment says it is trying to help me,, but it seems you stil end up loosing your life time home first,,,,

Goldman Sachs was supposed to set up it’s own independent review regarding Litton. Does anyone know whatever happened to that?

Yes, I got a phone call yesterday from a consultant from Wells Fargo. I asked her how this is going to help me???? She said all I do is gather the info and then send it back to the OCC they make the final find. How can the bank that ruined my life, be part of this???? I really thought they were going to help me
