Homeowners are not getting a chance to object to an Order to Show Cause as to why lenders who violated the Fair Foreclosure Act should have a corrected version of their faulty Notice of Intention to Foreclose accepted. Cases that were dismissed are being included and attorneys are not being notified. Could potentially open up cases that were dismissed without due process.

I have communicated with the court regarding lack of process to the attorneys. The concerns are being outright ignored. Wells Fargo attorney has acknowledged we had clients wrongfully included in the motion. I now fear the court and bank are working together to shut us out of the hearing.
