An indication of fraud is what “Linda” is. There were forged signatures, impersonations of bank officers and/or improper conveyance of the mortgage into a trust.
The Mayor would like to “trade in” the current castle because of a tiring commute.

The Fulton County notary on the document, Cathie Cox would have problems under deposition on this unless she lies. How can she know or have seen proof that either one of the signers worked for any part of Wells Fargo? Look at the statement that she signed.

Does Cathie Cox still have a notary commission in GA?
