The Court Sherrifs come right up to people and ask if they are involved in the matter before the court and if not, you are asked to leave!!! How about that one?

In all honesty, more people need to attend and support attorneys and non-attorneys in their hearings as well as appellant cases such as this one, as we were the only ones there in person observing this case.

Yes these judges are mostly bank lovers. The rule of law does not apply, even when the bank commits fraud, but if THE SHEEPLE commit a hair line fracture against the court they will be raped & pillaged. Thankfully some judges actually still know the law and every once and a while they do their job as the law states they should.

After months of saying they don’t own our mortgage they admitted in court that they own it. Precisely one week later they claimed they didn’t own it. I guess weather they own my mortgage or not depends just on the mood of the day – or may be the weather?
