Then we have the Pro Publica investigations that show how the bank selected auditors that have serious conflicts of interest. THERE IS NO APPEALS PROCESS with the independent foreclosure review. How that plays out in a court room, for the meager 4% of folks that actually file an answer to their complaint..well that seems to be uncharted territory.

Any attorneys chiming in lately about whether or not it’s worth the effort to file a complaint with the OCC?
