Emotional testimony from people who lost their homes to foreclosure (or is it possibly fraudclosure?) Brought on a lawsuit against MERS for not paying recording fees? What about everyone who lost their homes to bank fraud? I don’t know if the emotional testimony from these people was due to fraud or not but hundreds of thousands of families did lose everything based on fraud. Why isn’t anyone doing something about that? What can I do to get back what’s mine from the bank? Any help would be appreciated.
