I suggest you research the cases sited above before making such a blanket statement about the information being totally false. Cases are being dismissed both with and without prejudice, however rare, along with many others that “settle” under a confidentiality agreement.

Yes, ALL cases are different as you stated, with some being dismissed w/ prejudice. Do they come back under a different bank or trust later? It’s possible.

Don’t get me wrong, a few wins vs millions of losses is no victory but the info provided above is to assist others to possibly succeed, at least until the next foreclosure comes.

Cases are truly not getting dismissed like that with prejudice; I know because I’ve been in cases andreviewed thousands.

I have found that ALL cases are a different, rarely anything gets dismissed for any circumstance for the victim’s (borrower’s favor) because it is the criminal (bank) attorney bringing the loot (case) to the whorehouse (courthouse). Whores (judges) do not care about law; judges care about sex, drugs, and getting paid cash; this is a fact. I explained all this to the FBI in 2008 and they did not deny it.
