Just as I suspected, I am not surprised at all.After Bank Of America scammed me out of my home I am supposed to trust the review process.Who will be prosecuted for this fraud ?

A response rate of 7% just shows that the banks have no credibility ,, people expect this kind of treatment from them and won’t subject themselves to it.
