This is outrageous evil tyranny and terrorism of families all over the globe. Speaking of terror, so many believe this could be the last day on earth, so we can celebrate at midnight that we survived this day and we will survive the tyranny being commited on us by diligence and supporting each other.

Statute 18USC4,all officers of the court which include judgess are to report all fraud or it is a felony and misdimeanor and prison time. The stautes are there on all accounts. The rule of law is road kill to these judges. The courts are crime scenes.,

Pam you hit the nail on the head. here is the issue. judges are voted for it did not matter if the were corporate lawyers or real estate lawyers they are now JUDGES!!! but now since the past 5 years they have been running th foreclosure court amok. unless a lawyer recues a judge for non-knowledge we are stuck with a cardiac surgeon doing your knee surgery that is the bootom line. they are to proud to read up on this fraud and judicate to the law. how many of our mortgage notes have been breached. in any other civil case the contract would be considered null and void with foreclosure the judge has a hard time “giving a free house to homeowner” what but…..if it was a contract like a lease and the landlord told the lesee not to pay but ended up in the court the judge woulld judicate for the lesee the landlord said do not pay. when this has to do with our homes and you have banks telling homeowners not to pay (although current at the time) before the homeowner can apply for hamp….which was a lie, just a way to push torwards foreclosure and seize the home . the judge does not judicate to inducment into default/breach of contract. sad but civil law is civil law. the problem is this cardiac surgion thats doing your knee surgery had only 2 classes in law school on realestate law. thats it. thats why the judges look clueless. they dont know a negotiable instrument form a non-negotiable intstrement. just crazy. it will happen some day we need to hold on. stay in our homes and fight. i am in discovery right now an i was told that the banks never submit discovery. i guess if they do they incriminate themselves.

We are not in the land of the free. We are in the land of tyranny and terrorism. It was all an illusion. There is more than one way to kill a cat they say. So stay focused and try to find the good attorneys and battle this with exposure and getting the knowledge out. We are farther ahead now than we were two years ago. Have witnesses at the court houses to let the judges know they are being watched. Email everyone you know about this crime and educate the ones that dont know what has hit them. Bring them up to spead with all the articles you have read and cases. Let them know of the bad judges and the good ones and the lawyers to go to and the ones to stay away from. Cut up your credit cards and starve the banks. Use cash and dont continue to be a debt slave. And mostly dont walk away. That is the worst. Fight for your property and your rights in the courts. The banksters love it when you walk away. Find donations and support to support court cases and create case law in your state. Email and write and call your government represenatives. Dont take this layilng down. The crooks want the easy path dont give it to them. Stand your ground. Ask an attorney to send the frauds Cease and Desist orders.

justice??…ha…im pretty sure this judge is d. gayles 11th circuit miami dade…my hearings last aprox. 50 secs….barely “read” the motions…fraudsters get homes so easy, they don’t have to even talk….
