I happen to be in the medical field. If I caused the same amount of harm as this law dodging “Attorney”…I would end up LOSING MY LICENSE in the state of FLORIDA. I would also have quite the time finding a career in the medical arena with “hands on” patient care.
This crook and his firm had/committed “hands on” foreclosure actions against thousands of individuals and families. A license is not meant to be up for suspension due to these harmful acts!
Kudos to the banks though…they were able to pawn there deplorable actions onto a poor attoRney (and firm) that was only doing his/their job.

If you are a foreclosure attorney, maybe consider changing your client base. Pursue foreclosures that are valid, maybe ones via private individuals and hard money lenders that typically avoid securitization schemes. I am not saying the law is always fully complied with the above mentioned lenders, but certainly, if I were an Attotney this would be my SAFE client base.

God bless everyone fighting this foreclosure mess.

My Assignment of Mortgage is a total FRAUD, executed by his bitch (Graham) presuming to be ” Assistant Secretary” of MERS. Not only do they use “robo signers,” but they even impersonate employees and state officials. Now they even have retired judges and state prosecutors working for them? How “honorable.”

This is a circus for Florida courts to salvage what little dignity they have left by acting tough. At the end of the day, most of these judges and lawyers will fall back on scumbags like Watson for a cushy retirement.
